Currently studying fashion design at The New School, Siqi Rong is driven by an intrinsic connection to nature, focusing on exploring the relationship between humans and the natural world. Having previously participated in the KEDs and Tory Burch collaboration, Siqi Rong demonstrated a remarkable ability to work with unconventional materials and infuse a mature, unique brand style into their creative expression. This collaboration highlighted a keen adaptability and innovative spirit, marking them as a designer capable of translating established aesthetics into a fresh, personal narrative.

Siqi revels in learning and incorporating traditional crafts like batik, Suminagashi, and bamboo weaving. These crafts, which are at risk of being lost, find new life through Siqi Rong's work, which reimagines them in innovative ways to raise public awareness and appreciation for these artisanal traditions.
